The Adult Coaching Programme is open to members and non members. Players may attend 1 block of coaching, and then they are required to join the Hallamshire Tennis & Squash Club.

Our Adult Coaching Programme has coaching sessions for Ladies on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings and Mixed Classes on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings. The sessions are available according to a player's standard, to ensure all players are of a similar playing level within the group. Individual lessons are also available, and coach's details can be found on our Coaches page.

Players are given a Hallamshire Club Rating which is an alphabetical code according to standard.The Club Ratings run from A (beginner) to I (top club standard).

Team tennis is also available at the Hallamshire Tennis & Squash Club. The Club participates in various leagues and competitions including National Club League, Sheffield and District Leagues and Rowlinson Cup. For more details please contact one of the Head Tennis Coaches on 0114 266 2153.

Adult Singles Leagues are available for all standards. See notice boards for more details, or to sign up.

Hallamshire Tennis & Squash Club also offer Adult Club Nights during the week.

These are open to players according to their Club Rating :

Club Nights are outdoors until October half term, and are weather dependant.

!! Outdoors from May and dependant on weather conditions - ring Club to check if running if raining.
